Parfums Christian Dior — Commercial Intern in London (internship). Support retail sales reporting, forecasting and account coordination in a hybrid role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly and monthly retail sales reports and maintain up-to-date retailer reporting
  • Perform stock and trade analysis, validate retailer orders and monitor stock fulfilment
  • Track sales performance for launches, seasonal campaigns and promotional assortments
  • Deliver ad hoc analyses by segment, brand and account to inform commercial strategy
  • Prepare materials and presentations for strategy and sales meetings
  • Centralise and monitor communications to accounts (merchandising, GWP, correspondence)
  • Manage administrative tasks related to account openings, closures and data updates
  • Liaise with retailer contacts on trade marketing plans, e‑commerce initiatives and order fulfilment
  • Coordinate with Marketing and CRM teams to implement marketing and e‑commerce plans
  • Support forecasting and budget tracking, raising purchase orders and recording spend
  • Assist in returns, store audits and distribution projects as required

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business School or university programme in business, marketing, finance or a related discipline
  • Beginner-level professional experience; prior internships in retail, sales or commercial analytics preferred
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical capabilities
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
