Parfums Christian Dior internship in Neuilly-sur-Seine: Commercial Development Assistant supporting Sephora wholesale operations in France.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance analyses and construct business reporting
- Support field teams in organizing and tracking local events, and provide tools to drive sales development across each territory
- Manage and monitor makeup, fragrance, and skincare animations across the national Sephora network
- Facilitate the supply of sales enablement materials (GWP, samples, gift presentation items) and coordinate in-store service implementation
- Monitor competitive activity and market positioning within the Sephora retail network
- Assist in developing temporary point-of-sale displays and prepare deployment tools and documentation for the sales force
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Master's-level programme in Business Management or equivalent
- BAC +4 or +5 qualification
- Ideally prior experience in project management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation
- Leadership capability and team management aptitude
- Proven collaborative and teamwork skills
