Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and organize commercial meetings for the wholesale division, including presentation materials and financial analyses
  • Implement and execute commercial cooperation plans with retail partners in collaboration with Dior retail and marketing teams
  • Monitor and analyze wholesale business performance, including trade plan tracking and promotional benchmarking against competitors
  • Analyze sell-out results across retail channels and develop performance recommendations
  • Support event deployment and coordination, including logistics, team presentations, and animation strategy
  • Communicate sales objectives to retail partners and track performance metrics across the wholesale network
  • Provide operational oversight of Christian Dior and Parfums Christian Dior sales across perfumes, makeup, and skincare, including forecast accuracy, inventory recommendations, and reference management
  • Monitor operational compliance of budget allocations and freelance expenses in partnership with the Retail Wholesale team
  • Address operational requests from retail partners concerning logistics, product references, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate local action plans and manage relationships between Nocibé and Marionnaud channels and external PLV vendors

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a Master-level education in business, commerce, or equivalent program (BAC +4 or +5 minimum)
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate action independently
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork capabilities
  • Learning agility and cultural adaptability
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
