Role & Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Dior, delivering exemplary client experiences and embodying the maison’s attitude and grooming standards.
- Perform in-store and remote sales activities (personal shopping), initiate client contact, and convert traffic using the D.I.O.R. sales method.
- Provide specialised colour consultations and personalised makeup applications; propose complementary and cross-category solutions to enhance client satisfaction and basket value.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, CRM data entry and targeted outreach using Dior Connect and Ipos.
- Contribute to beauty activations and events (in-store or remote Beauty Classes) and coach Beauty Consultants to raise makeup expertise within the team.
- Execute counter operations: apply merchandising guidelines, monitor stock levels, manage inventory on the counter, perform cash handling and daily till closing where applicable.
- Comply with corporate and counter rules (attendance, punctuality) and perform assigned administrative and operational tasks to support counter KPIs.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail experience, ideally in makeup or luxury service environments, with a proven record of strong retail performance.
- Proven makeup application skills and solid knowledge of colour theory and beauty routines.
- Customer-facing sales ability with experience in clienteling and CRM practices.
- Fluent in English; mastery of the local language is required in tourist or strategic retail locations.
- Secondary education minimum; formal training at a beauty or makeup school is strongly preferred.
