Role & Responsibilities

  • Reference and catalogue fabrics, trims and other supplies for Baby Dior collections.
  • Create and update nomenclatures / bills of materials (BOM) for styles.
  • Raise production orders and purchase orders; follow procurement workflows.
  • Purchase materials and coordinate deliveries with approved suppliers.
  • Serve as primary contact with suppliers for order tracking and clarifications.
  • Track inbound shipments and confirm receptions against orders.
  • Maintain and update the product development database and related records.
  • Produce imagery and prepare/send swatch boards (tirelles) to internal teams and ateliers.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bac+4/5 program (fashion/couture, fashion business/commerce, or equivalent).
  • Fluent French required; professional working knowledge of English recommended.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Strong oral communication skills and ability to liaise with suppliers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Organised, anticipatory and capable of managing multiple, time-sensitive tasks.
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, responsiveness and a collaborative mindset.
