Christian Dior Couture is seeking a Collection Coordination Assistant to support collection management, sales sessions, showroom preparation and communications. The full-time, six-month internship starts in March 2027 and is based in Paris, with a hybrid working arrangement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Track and inventory marketing prototypes.
- Plan and manage prototype loans for the press, VIPs, advertising, image shoots, Dior Mag, the studio and production teams.
- Monitor collection archiving.
- Track deliveries for press, VIP and digital orders.
- Contribute to developing collection presentation materials, including fabric boards, sales books and lookbooks; update the image database and share assets.
- Help prepare the sales showroom for four sales sessions per year.
- Coordinate prototype requests, including returns to the collection, press loans during the showroom, production debriefs and e-commerce shoots.
- Monitor internal shoots and prototype availability.
- Help draft press descriptions.
- Respond to miscellaneous press requests for product information, visuals and prices.
- Monitor competitors and analyze trends.
- Track press, influencer and VIP coverage.
Qualifications
- Rigorous, organized and autonomous.
- Strong interest in fashion and ready-to-wear.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Currently studying at a business or fashion school at Bac +3/4 level.
