Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Client Tools Coordination Assistant (apprenticeship) to support client gifts, product tracking and market coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the development and coordination of client-facing tools (gifts, stationery, protocol materials) across product universes including Womenswear, Menswear, Baby, Home, Jewellery and Watches.
- Prepare product briefs by collecting market feedback, analysing market needs and performing competitive benchmarking.
- Maintain development trackers and collection mappings; manage prototypes, sample orders and related follow-up.
- Assist with product referencing using Infor M3 and ensure accurate catalogue data for markets.
- Provide operational support for the rollout of client tools to local markets: communications, order intake, delivery logistics and client targeting.
- Create and update market-facing catalogues and product bibles; develop Events Retail guidelines for local marketing teams in coordination with the wider team.
- Consolidate campaign gift lists and create gift catalogues within DiorNova; track and report on gift activity.
- Coordinate production of product imagery: supervise studio shoots and follow up on packshot retouching with the photo studio.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a Bac+4/5 programme (business school or university) with a specialisation in Marketing.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Creative mindset, good interpersonal skills and the capacity to work autonomously within cross‑functional teams.

Early-career candidates; suitable for applicants with little or no professional experience seeking an apprenticeship. Must be comfortable working in cross-functional project teams and liaising with internal and external stakeholders across markets.

Bac+4/5 (Master's level) in business, marketing or equivalent.
