Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and deploy the strategic roadmap for client‑oriented supply chain transformation in alignment with Dior’s global objectives.
  • Lead end‑to‑end strategic projects (process redesign, technology deployment, organisation) ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are met.
  • Design and implement supply chain processes focused on agility, stock allocation optimisation and omnichannel availability to maximise client satisfaction.
  • Drive adoption of enabling technologies (ERP, WMS, TMS) and standardised supply chain practices across central and local teams.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure transformation impact on supply chain performance and customer experience.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders — IT, retail, distribution partners and executive sponsors — and manage risks, change and communications.
  • Animate the supply chain community, share best practices, and scout innovative solutions to continually elevate operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Grande École, engineering or business school) or equivalent with focus on supply chain, information systems or digital.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience within supply chain functions, including planning and project management; significant experience in omnichannel retail required.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering large, cross‑functional supply chain programmes and technology implementations.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional European language is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities with demonstrated change management experience.

Education

Master’s degree (Grande École or equivalent) in engineering, business, supply chain management, information systems or a related discipline.
