Christian Dior Couture in Jersey City (hybrid) seeks a Client Services Sales Advisor. Hourly $24–$26; deliver luxury client care, sales and CRM management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver best‑in‑class luxury client service across phone, email, social channels and written correspondence, demonstrating brand storytelling and product knowledge.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating complex matters to supervisors as required and ensuring Dior policies and processes are followed.
  • Drive sales and service performance to meet and exceed KPIs, including case management, sales & service targets, quality assurance scores, productivity goals and schedule adherence.
  • Perform outbound e‑clienteling and proactive outreach to support sales objectives and client retention.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client and case information in Diorlink and the SCRM database to support statistics, workload analysis and CRM integrity.
  • Recommend process improvements and share successful approaches across the Client Services Center; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise client experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury customer service, retail, hotel or concierge environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a clear customer‑first mindset.
  • Proven sales negotiation ability and a track record of meeting quantitative KPIs.
  • Highly motivated, energetic team player able to work varied schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Able to multitask, prioritise competing demands and attend required training sessions.

Experience

Minimum three years of luxury customer service experience (retail, hotel or concierge preferred) with demonstrated sales results and CRM proficiency.
