Christian Dior seeks a Client Service Representative Supervisor in Houston, Texas for full-time boutique cashwrap and operations management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all POS system operations and ensure accurate transaction processing and cash media maintenance
  • Manage after-sales services and coordinate customer exchanges or returns in partnership with boutique leadership
  • Supervise client service representatives and ensure consistent delivery of elevated customer experiences
  • Direct opening and closing procedures, including secure cash handling and receipt reconciliation
  • Train, coach, and manage stock associates in operational execution, safety protocols, security measures, and policy adherence
  • Maintain merchandising standards, display integrity, and housekeeping throughout the register area and boutique
  • Conduct inventory counts and coordinate floor movements and merchandising adjustments
  • Monitor cash integrity and loss prevention protocols; identify and resolve operational inefficiencies
  • Handle customer inquiries via telephone using professional communication standards and direct complex requests appropriately
  • Provide direct support to the selling floor and other boutique departments as operational needs dictate

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with luxury sector background preferred
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems and retail operations management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational capabilities
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise movement throughout the boutique
