Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee POS system operations and ensure accurate transaction processing and cash integrity
  • Supervise and manage all customer service representatives in the cashwrap and client-facing areas
  • Train, coach, and manage stock associates on operational procedures, safety protocols, security standards, and company policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining a welcoming environment, demonstrating product knowledge, and addressing customer inquiries
  • Manage customer exchanges, returns, and after-sales transactions in partnership with Boutique Leadership
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including secure cash handling and receipt reconciliation
  • Maintain cash drawer accuracy and media management at the point of sale
  • Oversee housekeeping standards, visual merchandising maintenance, and display organization in service areas
  • Communicate customer feedback and service requests to boutique management
  • Assist with inventory management, floor moves, merchandising updates, and physical inventory participation
  • Provide real-time support to the selling floor and resolve operational problems affecting service quality and productivity
  • Implement loss prevention measures and maintain security protocols throughout the boutique

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of retail cashiering or point-of-sale experience, with luxury retail background preferred
  • Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Proficiency with POS systems and retail management software
  • Strong cash handling accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Solid interpersonal and communication abilities with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills
