Christian Dior Couture seeks Client Service Representative in Orlando, Florida. Luxury retail position managing POS, cash, and client service operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and acknowledging clients, maintaining product knowledge, and creating a welcoming boutique environment
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently, managing all cash and payment media at registers
  • Execute opening and closing procedures, including secure cash and receipt handling and reconciliation
  • Answer phones using proper etiquette, manage client inquiries, and relay customer feedback to management
  • Process customer exchanges and returns in partnership with boutique leadership
  • Assist with merchandise packing, wrapping, and presentation to clients
  • Maintain orderly appearance of register areas and ensure supplies are adequately stocked
  • Support floor moves, visual merchandising, display maintenance, and boutique housekeeping standards
  • Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention protocols
  • Assist boutique management with general operational tasks, security procedures, and product receiving as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of retail cashiering experience
  • Luxury retail background strongly preferred
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise and fixtures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organization and follow-through abilities
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards

Experience

Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury goods background strongly preferred. Candidate should demonstrate proven ability to manage POS operations, cash accuracy, and client-focused service in a retail environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail training or certifications are a plus.
