Christian Dior Couture Client Service Representative in New York. Full-time boutique role managing POS, cashiering, and customer service for the Soho Men's location. $19–$23/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by providing a welcoming environment, greeting customers, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding housekeeping standards
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently, maintaining cash integrity and reconciliation at all registers
- Manage telephone communications with proper etiquette, addressing customer inquiries and routing calls appropriately
- Handle merchandise packing, wrapping, exchanges, and returns in partnership with boutique leadership
- Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and receipt securing
- Support floor moves, merchandising displays, visual maintenance, and store housekeeping
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with general boutique operational tasks
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management and contribute operational improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with luxury retail background preferred
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including variable hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift/handle merchandise boxes and fixtures
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards
- Availability to travel as needed
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury retail background strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellence in customer service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or hospitality training considered a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19 to USD 23 per hour.
