Christian Dior Couture hiring Client Service Representative in Miami, FL. Full-time boutique role managing POS, cash, and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service through a welcoming environment, greeting customers, maintaining housekeeping standards, and delivering comprehensive product knowledge
- Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently, managing all cash and media at registers with meticulous attention to detail
- Execute professional telephone etiquette when answering inquiries, taking messages, and transferring calls
- Assist in merchandise packing and wrapping for customers
- Manage customer exchanges and returns in partnership with boutique leadership
- Communicate customer feedback and requests to management
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and receipt securing
- Maintain orderly appearance of the cash wrap area and keep supplies fully stocked
- Support floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping initiatives
- Provide flexible support to the selling floor as operational needs arise
- Participate in all inventory counts and reconciliation activities
- Identify and resolve operational challenges affecting service and cash wrap productivity
- Support general boutique operations including security protocols, policy adherence, product receiving, and other operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with luxury sector background preferred
- Full-time availability including flexible hours across days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-through capabilities
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise boxes and fixtures
- Demonstrated commitment to adhering to company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience, with a luxury brand background preferred. The candidate should be comfortable managing high-volume transactions, maintaining cash integrity, and providing exemplary service in a fast-paced boutique environment.
