Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee boutique point-of-sale (POS) transactions, ensuring cash integrity and accurate media reconciliation.
- Deliver exemplary client service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor: greet clients, answer inquiries, and assist with packaging and after‑sales requests.
- Manage telephone communications with professional etiquette—taking messages, responding to client requests and transferring calls as needed.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, secure receipts and cash, and maintain register area housekeeping and supplies.
- Administer customer exchanges, returns and escalation of client feedback to boutique leadership.
- Support inventory activities, loss‑prevention measures, receiving product and boutique operational tasks including merchandising, display maintenance and safety procedures.
- Provide ad hoc support to the selling floor and participate in store floor moves and visual merchandising initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury retail background preferred.
- Availability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with demonstrated organization and follow-through.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes as required.
- Commitment to adhere to company policies, operational procedures and loss-prevention protocols.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail cashiering experience; prior experience in luxury retail strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training preferred.
