Christian Dior Couture — Client Service Representative in Atlanta (Phipps). Boutique role supporting POS, aftersales, cash wrap and inventory operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-boutique customer service: greet, advise and assist clients while maintaining impeccable housekeeping and product knowledge.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, ensuring cash integrity and correct handling of all payment media.
- Manage aftersales processes, including exchanges, returns and customer communications; record and report client feedback to management.
- Answer and transfer phone calls with professional telephone etiquette, take messages and respond to customer inquiries.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, secure cash and receipts, and maintain the register area and supplies.
- Support inventory activities, loss-prevention measures and participate in periodic stock counts.
- Assist with merchandising, floor moves, display maintenance and other boutique operational tasks including receiving product and enforcing safety/security policies.
- Provide ad hoc support to the selling floor and assist with packing/wrapping merchandise when required.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail cashiering experience; previous luxury retail experience preferred.
- Availability to work a full-time schedule including varied hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and follow-through.
- Demonstrated reliability in cash handling, POS operations and adherence to opening/closing procedures.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and to move and handle merchandise and fixtures safely.
- Commitment to uphold company policies, procedures and standards.

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or customer-service training preferred.
