Parfums Christian Dior seeks Client Service Manager in Neuilly-sur-Seine for 5-month fixed-term contract managing customer experience and operational excellence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and optimize customer journey processes in collaboration with internal teams and external service providers across client development, e-commerce, marketing, logistics, retail, and fraud departments
  • Establish and update centralized operational procedures ensuring worldwide consistency and efficiency
  • Develop and adapt customer relationship guidelines to reflect cultural specificity and market expectations for maximum personalization and engagement
  • Manage client service deployment projects for new services or service centers
  • Contribute to AI transformation strategy by defining user experience, implementing use cases, and measuring feature performance
  • Define and monitor service performance indicators and implement corrective actions
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction through NPS, mystery shopping studies, and similar methodologies
  • Produce international operational activity reports including scorecards and annual summaries
  • Collect, centralize, and synthesize information from cosmetics vigilance, quality, marketing, and data protection functions to ensure reliable and exhaustive responses
  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge base, ensuring accessibility and operational impact
  • Define training needs and create cross-market training modules in collaboration with central and regional training teams
  • Enable and mentor local relay trainers to serve as excellence ambassadors in the field
  • Animate regional customer service communities, facilitating expert support and fostering skill-sharing and co-development
  • Represent customer service excellence across the organization and guide cross-functional projects with customer-centric expertise
  • Share actionable customer insights contributing to strategic business orientation

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience leading and coordinating teams within an international Customer Relations Center
  • Bachelor's degree from a business school or equivalent university degree (Bac +5)
  • Fluent English (mandatory)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience with CRM tools
  • Salesforce Service Cloud expertise (preferred)
  • Proven sensitivity to luxury and cosmetics sectors
  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and openness to innovation
