Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage recurring zone-level reports on a weekly and monthly basis in support of commercial performance tracking
  • Partner with the Commercial Performance Team to develop client goals, projections, and performance benchmarks
  • Produce ad hoc reports and client insights using internal data platforms and CRM tools
  • Support internal stakeholders with customized reports, client lists, data requests, and behavioral studies
  • Conduct client purchase behavior analysis and product-related studies to inform marketing and commercial strategy
  • Oversee CRM tool updates, testing, data enhancements, and training material development for regional teams
  • Monitor and maintain data quality KPIs including duplicate rates, missing fields, and segmentation accuracy
  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards to streamline reporting processes and increase operational efficiency
  • Optimize data workflows to reduce manual processes and accelerate insight delivery
  • Coordinate and execute client-related projects from conception through completion, managing timelines and stakeholder communications
  • Maintain adherence to internal data standards and compliance requirements across all data management activities
  • Assist with client reallocation processes via CRM tools and oversee weekly and ad hoc client merge requests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM support, retail analytics, client insights, or related discipline; luxury retail experience preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated expertise in complex data manipulation and PowerPoint
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred
  • Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English
