Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Insights & CRM Manager in Paris to lead CRM strategy and client analytics across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze client KPIs across Europe on a weekly cadence and produce actionable dashboards for regional stakeholders.
- Segment and profile customers by product category, market and nationality to inform country-specific marketing and CRM strategies.
- Co-design and implement a region-wide CRM strategy that accounts for national specificities and commercial objectives.
- Monitor performance of clienteling activities (campaigns, OTO, loyalty programmes) and recommend concrete clienteling actions to drive data objectives.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards (sales performance, product launches, pop-ups, client days) to support Business Reviews, budgets and retail meetings.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to country teams (client lists, behaviour analysis, recruitment rates, profile merges) and manage profile merge requests.
- Animate the Europe clienteling community through trainings, mapping updates and coordination of e-clienteling initiatives.
- Conduct competitive monitoring and benchmarking of newsletters, gifting and market intelligence relevant to the luxury sector.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in marketing, economics, business school or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
- Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in CRM, client insights, business analysis or a similar analytical role — preferably within luxury retail or premium brands.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data manipulation and dashboarding.
- Strong analytical rigor, structured approach, and excellent organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of the luxury market and retail product environment.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of CRM, client insights or business-analyst experience supporting retail or marketing teams; experience within luxury or premium retail is strongly preferred.
Education
Master’s degree in marketing, economics, business school or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
