Parfums Christian Dior seeks a Client Experience Project Assistant in Neuilly-sur-Seine for a six-month internship starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create and develop premium client events, including concepts, customer journeys, activities and merchandising, in close collaboration with development marketing.
- Continuously improve existing skincare services by defining concepts, protocols and print and digital communications, particularly for in-cabin massage services, in coordination with Spa and training teams.
- Develop new concepts and propose innovative services grounded in business and creative thinking, in partnership with Retail and Client Marketing teams.
- Provide operational support to markets as they deploy and improve the client and retail experience, serving as a key contact for market teams and their questions.
- Conduct competitive and market analyses and propose improvements to strengthen the Dior Skincare client experience.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree at a business school, university or equivalent programme.
- Ideally completing a final-year internship and bringing experience in luxury and beauty.
- Demonstrates initiative, stakeholder management, learning agility, professional rigour, adaptability and problem-solving.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Fluent English; French proficiency is an advantage.
