Role & Responsibilities
- Lead execution of zone client strategy and develop a sophisticated clienteling culture tailored to the House of Dior Beverly Hills flagship experience
- Ideate and execute tiered client development strategies in partnership with boutique leadership and corporate client teams
- Implement bespoke client journey mapping encompassing personalized events, gifting, and strategic activations for top-tier clientele
- Partner with Events, Experience, and Client teams to curate market-appropriate luxury client experiences aligned with brand standards
- Create monthly client outreach plans by Sales Associate, with emphasis on mid-tier client elevation, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress tracking
- Provide on-the-floor coaching to Managers on Duty and Sales Associates to enhance relationship selling skills, client discovery, and long-term client retention
- Identify and develop new client acquisition opportunities through strategic partnerships with local institutions, philanthropic organizations, and hospitality venues
- Lead the cultivation of Ultra and Super Elite client segments to drive top-tier business growth, retention, and exceed year-over-year sales targets
- Maintain accurate mapping and intelligence of high-potential clients for nomination to uber-luxury product introductions and exclusive brand events
- Maintain Dior standards of excellence in all client interactions, driving adherence to protocols across the retail team
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant retail management experience in luxury or premium hospitality sectors
- Demonstrated expertise in clienteling strategy, relationship selling, and client lifetime value optimization
- Strong knowledge of luxury industry dynamics, high-net-worth client psychology, and experiential retail
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor retail teams in client-centric selling approaches
- Proficiency with retail management systems, POS platforms, and client engagement tools and CRM platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Commercial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs, and manage complex client portfolios

Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive retail management experience, with substantial exposure to luxury or premium hospitality environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record of driving client acquisition, building high-performing retail teams, and executing sophisticated clienteling strategies that drive top-line revenue and client loyalty. Experience in flagship or prestige retail environments is highly valued.
Education
