As part of the LVMH group, the brand combines artisanal savoir‑faire with rigorous commercial standards and a strong emphasis on creativity, client experience and international expansion.
Christian Dior Couture in Paris seeks a Client Engagement Coordinator (Europe) to lead digital clienteling, newsletters, gifting and print distribution strategies.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a 360° digital clienteling and communication strategy for Europe, including drive‑to‑web initiatives aligned with e‑commerce objectives.
- Lead the localization and coordination of newsletter campaigns across European sub‑zones: calendar management, content (texts/images), approvals and ad hoc requests for launches, events and crisis communications.
- Define and manage a Europe gifting strategy across a 200‑reference catalog: targeting by gift typology, distribution scheduling, order coordination, tracking and performance measurement.
- Develop and operationalize the Europe print distribution strategy: optimize mailings with the operator, manage retroplanning for four magazines per year, collaborate with Adobe Campaign on targeting algorithms and oversee personalization/insert processes.
- Establish and monitor clienteling campaigns (calling, OTOs, programs): weekly performance follow‑up, bespoke targeting for market needs and support to boutique teams on actionable clienteling initiatives.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis across channels (clienteling application, newsletters, e‑commerce): tracking, customer behaviour analysis, quarterly performance reports and recommendations; monitor budgets and investment forecasts.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders including boutique network, mailing operator, Adobe Campaign team and e‑commerce to ensure traceability, compliance and timely execution of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clienteling, CRM, digital marketing or retail operations within luxury goods or premium retail.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages advantageous.
- Proven analytical skills with experience in campaign tracking, performance reporting and KPI management.
- Strong project management capabilities: meticulous planning, retroplanning and deadline management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
- Commercial sensibility and a refined taste for retail operations; ability to prioritise and take ownership.
- Practical experience working with CRM/clienteling applications and collaboration with email/mailing platforms (e.g., Adobe Campaign).
