Christian Dior Couture Milan: Client Development Specialist supporting marketing initiatives and CRM operations in luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure database accuracy and oversee client information management
- Coordinate and pursue follow-up actions with clients across the team
- Develop target lists and manage event campaigns, monitoring attendance and post-event engagement
- Organize and execute OTO (One-Time Offer) campaigns in-store
- Manage client treatments, targeting, invitation processes, and ROI reporting to headquarters
- Oversee client gifting stock allocation and coordinate gifting initiatives for local celebrations
- Support the boutique team in delivering elevated VIP room experiences
- Build and maintain recruitment partnerships for client acquisition
- Prepare weekly client development figures and objectives; conduct monthly dashboard analysis and reporting
- Participate in clienteling hours alongside retail team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in client development, CRM, or retail clienteling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
- Demonstrated ability to manage stress and perform under pressure
- Proven capacity to build and maintain strong client and team relationships
- High attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills

Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in client development, CRM operations, retail clienteling, or a comparable marketing-focused customer-facing role within luxury retail or hospitality environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.
