Role & Responsibilities

  • Conceive and deploy differentiated client experiences and value-added initiatives that strengthen client relationships and loyalty
  • Actively contribute to the development and retention of local and international clientele through bespoke service delivery
  • Design tailored client journeys in alignment with retail priorities and the House's strategic direction
  • Conceptualize event proposals that align with the House's image and strategic priorities
  • Lead operational event coordination, including planning, logistics, vendor management, and invitation curation
  • Ensure end-to-end quality of client event experiences and consolidate post-event feedback and performance metrics
  • Monitor event budgets and oversee invoice processing to maintain fiscal discipline
  • Update tools and systems related to client experiences and program delivery
  • Manage and track client gift orders and contribute to program preparation during key moments such as shows and launches
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all client attention initiatives
  • Collaborate seamlessly with retail, CRM, and marketing teams to drive a demanding and innovative client-centric culture
  • Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support program execution

Qualifications

  • Confirmed experience in Client Development, CRM, or event management within the luxury sector
  • Strong sensitivity to client experience, service excellence, and fashion universe
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to engage with discerning clientele
  • Excellent organizational abilities with rigorous priority management and multitasking capability
  • Creativity, meticulous attention to detail, and passion for bespoke experiences
  • Proficiency in office software; InDesign expertise is a plus
