Christian Dior Couture: Client Development Manager in Paris–Roissy. Lead luxury retail marketing and VIP client programs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead client development strategy and maintain consistent on-floor presence to develop comprehensive understanding of boutique clientele across local and international segments
- Define and execute client recruitment and development objectives in alignment with France Marketing leadership and boutique management
- Analyze and report key clienteling KPIs for boutique leadership; implement and manage CRM programs, database segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives
- Manage client gift budgets, quantities, targeting, distribution, and ROI measurement with rigorous tracking and analysis
- Train sales teams on clienteling best practices and customer experience excellence during boutique visits
- Develop boutique event strategy, set ROI targets, and oversee operational execution including event setup, breakdown, and client follow-up
- Coordinate VIP client welcomes and personalized treatment for high-value customers; organize international client visits during significant maison events (shows, collections launches, fashion weeks)
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative reporting on all client-facing initiatives and campaign performance
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of luxury client marketing experience in retail or hospitality sectors
- Proven field experience and management background
- Fluent French and English; third language preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational capability with meticulous attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- High commercial acumen with authentic affinity for fashion and luxury markets

5–10 years of luxury client marketing experience in retail or hospitality environments, with demonstrated field exposure and management capability in fast-paced, high-visibility settings.
