Christian Dior Client Development Manager position in Monaco – luxury retail CRM role combining data, clienteling, and team leadership on permanent basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Pilot clienteling action plans (OTO, campaigns, loyalty programs) to optimize contact and engagement rates
- Develop customer portfolio through recruitment, retention, and reactivation strategies
- Identify growth opportunities via CRM database analysis and key performance indicators
- Maintain on-floor presence to support sales teams and embody Dior customer culture
- Design and execute exclusive client events and VIP activation programs
- Measure event performance, ROI, and business impact
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and actionable customer insights
- Analyze key indicators including capture rate, customer recruitment, repeat business, and local client development
- Serve as primary liaison between boutique and headquarters Marketing/CRM teams
- Coach sales teams on clienteling best practices and tool adoption
- Align internal stakeholders around ambitious, performance-driven customer vision
Qualifications
- Confirmed experience in clienteling and/or CRM within luxury retail or headquarters with strong on-site exposure
- Strong customer insight and sensitivity to ultra-personalized service culture
- Proven analytical capability and proficiency with CRM platforms and tools
- Cross-functional leadership ability with capacity to influence across organizational lines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and alignment with Dior standards
- Fluent French and English; additional language advantageous
