Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop VIP and VVIC client portfolios, ensuring optimal relationship cultivation and revenue maximization within the boutique
  • Direct all strategic, operational, and creative planning of VIP events in coordination with the Events team, including the execution of proprietary client activations and gifting programs
  • Drive client loyalty initiatives focused on local market development in collaboration with Department Managers and Sales Associates across all product categories
  • Maintain CRM data capture rates consistently above 90%, providing weekly and monthly KPI reporting to senior management and department heads
  • Implement clienteling strategies aligned with Dior Journeys protocols, ensuring 100% execution of Walk-In, Welcome, FDA, and Birthday touchpoints
  • Train and support the Sales team on Dior CRM tools and protocols, establishing a CDM rotation schedule to ensure comprehensive client contact coverage
  • Develop and deploy operational tools and resources to enhance departmental performance and client segmentation capability
  • Monitor financial performance and ROI of all client development actions, with particular focus on event profitability and marketing effectiveness
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Dior across all internal and external touchpoints, attending and promoting brand events and activities
  • Maintain full operational knowledge of boutique functions including inventory management, visual merchandising compliance, security protocols, and back-office analytics

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in luxury fashion retail or client development roles
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (both verbal and written)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong analytical capabilities
  • Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behavior, and fashion trends
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships
