Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy the regional CRM strategy across nine markets (Middle East, Africa, Turkey, India), ensuring alignment with the global brand vision and local market specificities.
- Set annual CRM targets and strategic KPIs per market and produce monthly regional performance scorecards with actionable insights for senior management.
- Design and oversee the regional CRM project roadmap, including loyalty program evolution, client segmentation, NPS frameworks and data-driven clienteling use cases.
- Own the regional CRM budget and define forecasts and guidelines for CRM gifting and Gift With Purchase (GWP) initiatives.
- Lead CRM communications and activations across email, clienteling, WhatsApp, events and loyalty touchpoints, orchestrating automated journeys and tailored flows to maximize client lifetime value.
- Partner closely with e‑business, retail and marketing teams to ensure seamless omnichannel integration for both digital and physical client experiences.
- Support markets in event targeting and execution for POS and VIC events, ensuring consistent tone of voice and precise client selection.
- Manage, mentor and develop the regional CRM team (one regional direct report, UAE and KSA indirect reports) and deliver CRM training to local teams in-person and virtually.
- Coordinate with global CRM teams at HQ to align strategy, share best practices and support major product launches and commercial moments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in CRM management, preferably within luxury retail or the beauty industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing regional CRM strategies and managing loyalty programs.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting data to generate commercial recommendations.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and leading small, cross‑market teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; experience working in a matrix organisation.
