Christian Dior Couture Client Development Intern, Singapore (Jan–Jun 2027). Support luxury retail events, VIP programmes, and customer loyalty initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the organization and implementation of client-facing events, including trunk shows, product launches, private dinners, and exhibitions both in-boutique and off-site
- Develop and execute gifting and client treatment plans to cultivate and expand the VIP clientele base
- Design and coordinate domestic and overseas experiential programmes that communicate brand values and resonate with target client segments
- Conduct data mining and behavioural analysis to identify client patterns and commercial opportunities
- Support the rollout of retail training and operational excellence initiatives to elevate service standards across the boutique team
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or enrolled as a final-year student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated experience in client development, event management, or retail sales preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience acceptable; prior exposure to client-facing roles, events management, or luxury retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's degree student or graduate, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent discipline.
