Christian Dior Couture Client Development Intern, Singapore – support luxury events, VIP client programmes, and retail excellence from July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Client Marketing and Client Development Team in organizing and executing events, including trunk shows, product launches, dinners, and exhibitions within and outside the boutique
- Manage gifting and VIP client treatment plans to develop and expand the client base
- Design and execute domestic and international client experiences that communicate brand values and resonate with target audiences
- Implement boutique programmes to strengthen clienteling awareness and elevate selling team service standards
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify client behaviours and commercial opportunities
- Support adoption of retail training and operational excellence initiatives that enhance the overall client experience
- Execute company strategy to build customer loyalty and develop Dior as a service-centric destination of excellence
Qualifications
- Previous experience in client development, event management, or marketing (preferred)
- Strong project management and execution capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders inside and outside the organization
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfort with digital tools and data analysis
Skills
Experience
Entry-level or beginner experience in related fields such as client development, event planning, or marketing is preferred; however, strong foundational skills and demonstrated initiative may compensate for limited direct experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is expected; or equivalent professional experience demonstrating relevant competencies.
