Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate client events, including proposal creation and format validation with central teams.
- Participate in planning and operational organization of events.
- Manage suppliers and create event invitations.
- Oversee budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Consolidate post-event reports.
- Support client experience development and organize client treatments.
- Update the experience catalog and assist in preparing client programs for fashion shows.
- Assist in tracking and distributing client gifts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5)
- Fluent in English
