Christian Dior Couture seeks Client Development Assistant Intern in Milan. Support CRM, clienteling, and client experience initiatives at luxury boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and identifying duplicate records
- Monitor and coordinate client follow-up actions in collaboration with the boutique team
- Assist with clienteling activities and client segmentation for targeted initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of CRM campaigns dedicated to client engagement
- Define target lists for events and boutique commercial animations
- Monitor contact campaigns and track post-event follow-up activities to maximize results
- Organize and monitor OTO (One-Time Offer) campaigns in the boutique
- Support client treatment programs and dedicated initiatives coordinated by headquarters
- Contribute to VIP customer experience excellence within the boutique environment
- Prepare weekly data reports and monthly dashboard analyses on client development KPIs
Qualifications
- Academic background in economics, marketing, communication, or related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with demonstrated data analysis capability
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills
- Proactive mindset with commitment to accuracy and discretion
