Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and running recurring zone-level client reports.
- Collaborate with internal partners for additional reporting and list needs.
- Create ad hoc reporting dashboards, decks, and insights using internal data platforms.
- Support User Acceptance Tests (UATs) when implementing new tools.
- Help with migrating reports from Excel to Business Intelligence (BI) Visualization Tools.
- Assist with client database hygiene, report maintenance, and accuracy.
- Manage weekly client reallocation and merging projects using CRM tools.
- Partner with regional teams to ensure data accuracy across boutiques and client advisors' reports.
- Update the client data dictionary.
Qualifications
- At least 6 months of prior experience.
- Available to work full-time from June 2026 through July 2027.
- Background in luxury retail is preferred.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
