Christian Dior — Client Advisor, Women's Ready-to-Wear in New York. Full-time boutique role; $24–$27/hr plus bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Deliver outstanding client experiences in-person, by telephone and via electronic communication using product storytelling and tailored recommendations.
- Strategically develop a local and international client base through personalised outreach, appointment setting and consistent follow-up.
- Support boutique operations: merchandising, visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping and packaging/wrapping for clients.
- Manage individual stock assignments, organise stock on the sales floor and in the heart of house, and participate in inventory and cycle counts.
- Protect boutique assets by following security and operating procedures; assist leadership to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business.
- Anticipate client needs and provide styling guidance and product recommendations to maximise customer satisfaction and sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in luxury or premium consumer goods.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Excellent verbal communication, organisation and follow-through; strong relationship-building and clienteling abilities.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Physical ability to move and handle merchandise and fixtures; must be able to lift at least 30 lbs and perform general boutique housekeeping.
- Familiarity with boutique security procedures and the ability to follow company loss-prevention policies.

Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within a luxury consumer goods or premium fashion environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in fashion, business or a related field is a plus.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 27 per hour.
