Christian Dior Couture is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for a permanent replacement position in Vancouver. The role combines individual sales performance with luxury client development, personalized service, product storytelling, and support for boutique operations; the hourly rate is $22–$25 plus commission eligibility, depending on relevant skills and experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio, focusing on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT), and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Maintain a strong results orientation and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Represent the brand within and beyond the boutique.
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment and deliver best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up.
- Use product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences through product details and stories.
- Partner with the leadership team to resolve client issues accurately and in the best interests of the business.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and styling guidance.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets by following operating procedures.
- Pack or wrap client merchandise as needed.
- Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to build strong, lasting relationships through communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Availability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to operate the equipment required for the role, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise and fixture boxes, and lift at least 30 lbs.
