Client Advisor, temporary 8-month position at Christian Dior Couture, Vancouver Holt Renfrew boutique. Luxury retail sales, client management, and brand representation in British Columbia.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and Average Dollar per Transaction
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment delivering best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication
  • Strategically develop and nurture local and international clientele through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
  • Problem-solve in partnership with leadership to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business
  • Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
  • Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping as required
  • Assist with inter-boutique merchandise location for clients and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
  • Manage individual stock assignments, organize merchandise on floor and in storage areas
  • Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
  • Assist in packing and wrapping customer merchandise as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
  • Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Proficiency with retail systems including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and general office equipment
  • Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs
