Christian Dior Couture Client Advisor position in San Jose, California. Full-time luxury retail sales role offering $24–$26/hour, requiring 3+ years of client service experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and Average Dollar per Transaction
  • Maintain a strong drive for results and positive, team-first attitude at all times
  • Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication
  • Develop local and international client book with the ability to recruit and cultivate top clients
  • Demonstrate strong product expertise and engage clients through the details and heritage narratives of Dior collections
  • Problem-solve in partnership with leadership to resolve client issues to the benefit of the business
  • Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping as needed
  • Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
  • Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing merchandise on the floor and in back-of-house areas
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts, protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
  • Assist in packing and wrapping customer purchases as necessary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
  • Strong drive for business results with genuine passion for creativity, fashion, and the Dior brand
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
  • Proficiency in reading, counting, and writing to accurately complete business and client documentation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, evolving retail environment
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Competency with all requisite retail equipment including phone systems, point-of-sale registers, security tag removers, and computers
  • Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Full adherence to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
