Christian Dior Couture seeks Sales Advisor at Galeries Lafayette Paris. Full-time fixed-term role requiring 3+ years luxury retail experience, French/English fluency.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome each client with excellence and create personalized, memorable experiences
- Advise clients with accuracy, proposing complete and inspiring silhouettes
- Develop sales through strategic cross-selling and proactive client engagement
- Contribute to point-of-sale performance by monitoring key performance indicators
- Deliver exceptional service to both local and international clientele
- Understand client expectations and anticipate needs with refinement and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain personal client portfolio through dedicated follow-up and personalized attention

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, or equivalent customer-facing roles in a premium environment. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service, building and maintaining a clientele, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent). Additional training or certification in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality is a plus.
