Role & Responsibilities

- Stay attuned to trends to propose suitable looks for clients.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients, both nationally and internationally.
- Apply CRM techniques to ensure client data is accurately maintained.
- Participate in stock organization and ensure its optimal condition.
- Propose improvements for store processes and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with an international clientele.
- Dynamic, proactive, autonomous, with a keen interest in luxury fashion.
- Result-oriented and adaptable to a fast-paced, challenging environment.
- Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is highly valued.
- Embodies the values of the Maison through exemplary behavior.

Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
