Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Orlando, FL to deliver exceptional luxury client service and drive boutique sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted brand ambassador, delivering personalised, best‑in‑class client service in person, by phone and via electronic communication
  • Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with a focus on retention, reactivation and lifetime value; perform appointment setting and proactive outreach
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, including sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS)
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to provide tailored product recommendations and memorable client experiences
  • Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company guidelines, including charge‑send procedures and inter‑boutique merchandise location
  • Support boutique operations: visual merchandising, floor moves, stock organisation (floor and heart of house), packing/wrapping and housekeeping as required
  • Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow operating procedures to protect boutique assets
  • Collaborate with store leadership to resolve client issues and ensure business‑focused outcomes

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of experience in luxury retail or client advisory roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs
  • Demonstrable clienteling skills with the ability to develop and maintain high‑value relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional presentation and discretion
  • Flexible availability to work boutique hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
