Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in New York to deliver best-in-class client service, grow a personal client portfolio, and achieve individual sales goals while supporting boutique operations. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio, focusing on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT), and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Maintain a strong results-oriented approach and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador inside and outside the boutique.
- Create a welcoming, client-focused environment and deliver best-in-class service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Develop and nurture local and international client relationships through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up.
- Use product expertise and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with the leadership team, balancing client needs and business interests.
- Anticipate client needs and provide tailored product recommendations and styling guidance.
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and process charge-send sales accurately according to company guidelines.
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing stock on the floor and in the heart of the house.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets by following operating procedures.
- Pack or wrap client merchandise when necessary.
- Follow store security procedures, including locking and securing the premises as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment.
- Strong drive for business results and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand.
- Ability to develop strong, lasting relationships through effective communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to operate equipment necessary for the role, including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and other office equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs.
