Client Advisor position at Christian Dior Couture in New York City. $22-$24/hr plus commission and bonus. Luxury retail sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and Average Dollar per Transaction
- Maintain a strong drive for results and demonstrate a positive, team-first attitude at all times
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment offering best-in-class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
- Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
- Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
- Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping
- Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales
- Manage individual stock assignments and participate in inventory and cycle counts
- Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Strong drive for business results with passion for creativity, fashion, and luxury brand excellence
- Demonstrated ability to develop strong and lasting relationships through excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in operating retail equipment including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and office equipment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 pounds
- Responsible approach to store security procedures including locking and securing premises
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within a luxury consumer goods environment with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail, fashion, or luxury goods training preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
