Client Advisor position at Christian Dior Couture's Soho boutique in New York. $22–$24/hour plus commission and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value maximization
- Achieve and exceed individual Sales Goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS)
- Deliver best-in-class service across in-person, phone, and electronic communication channels to ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment
- Strategically develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create memorable client experiences and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
- Resolve client issues in partnership with leadership to ensure accurate solutions that benefit both the client and the business
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping activities as needed
- Assist in locating merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales in accordance with Company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in back-of-house storage
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer merchandise as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Strong passion for creativity, fashion, and the Christian Dior brand with demonstrated drive for business results
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through skills with ability to develop strong and lasting client relationships
- Proficiency in operating retail equipment including phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, computers, and office equipment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures, and lift at least 30 lbs
- Availability to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of store security procedures including locking and securing the premises
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within the luxury fashion or consumer goods sector, with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and developing strong client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or luxury retail certification preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22 to USD 24 per hour.
