Christian Dior Couture Client Advisor in Mexico City. Deliver luxury retail excellence and drive sales in a prestigious boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators, including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average transaction value
- Maintain strong results-driven momentum and positive attitude while prioritizing teamwork and collaborative effort
- Create a welcoming, client-centric environment delivering premier service in-person, by telephone, and via electronic communications
- Develop a diverse portfolio of local and international clients, demonstrating ability to recruit and nurture high-value customers
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and engage clients through product details, craftsmanship narratives, and brand heritage
- Support floor movements, merchandising activities, visual displays, and related operational tasks as required
- Locate merchandise across boutique locations for clients and process charge-send sales according to company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing inventory on the sales floor and in back-office areas
- Participate in all inventory counts and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operational procedures
- Assist with packaging and gift wrapping of client purchases as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in luxury consumer goods
- Strong motivation to achieve business results coupled with passion for creativity, fashion, and brand values
- Demonstrated ability to develop solid, lasting relationships through effective communication, organizational skills, and follow-up capabilities
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service in-person, by telephone, and through electronic communication channels
- Availability to work varied hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Willingness to comply with all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and customer service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment. Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and building meaningful client relationships.
