Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction, and Average Dollar per Transaction
- Strategically develop and nurture local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, and consistent follow-up
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to create meaningful, memorable client experiences
- Ensure a welcoming, client-focused environment through best-in-class service delivered in-person, by phone, and via electronic communication
- Anticipate client needs and deliver tailored product recommendations and styling guidance
- Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed
- Locate merchandise at other boutiques for clients and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, including organizing merchandise on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas
- Participate in all inventory and cycle counts while protecting boutique assets through adherence to operating procedures
- Assist with packing and wrapping customer merchandise as necessary
- Act as a brand ambassador both within and beyond the boutique environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong client portfolio
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate brand storytelling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across multiple channels

Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail, client-facing sales, or related brand-focused customer service role, with demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
