Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
  • Develop and maintain a welcoming, client-focused boutique environment, delivering best-in-class service across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
  • Build and recruit a diverse local and international client portfolio, demonstrating expertise in product details and brand narratives to engage clients meaningfully
  • Partner with boutique leadership to resolve client issues and concerns to the satisfaction of both client and business
  • Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and housekeeping initiatives as required
  • Locate merchandise across boutique network for clients and accurately process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines
  • Manage individual stock assignments, organize merchandise on sales floor and in backstock areas, and participate in inventory and cycle counts
  • Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases when necessary
  • Maintain a strong drive for business results and positive, team-first attitude

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in operating point-of-sale systems, cash registers, phone systems, and standard office equipment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and physically handle merchandise and store fixtures
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards

Experience
