Client Advisor at House of Dior Beverly Hills – luxury retail sales role in Los Angeles with focus on client service and sales performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including individual sales volume, units per transaction, and average dollar per transaction
- Develop and maintain a welcoming, client-focused boutique environment, delivering best-in-class service across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
- Build and recruit a diverse local and international client portfolio, demonstrating expertise in product details and brand narratives to engage clients meaningfully
- Partner with boutique leadership to resolve client issues and concerns to the satisfaction of both client and business
- Support floor moves, visual merchandising, and housekeeping initiatives as required
- Locate merchandise across boutique network for clients and accurately process charge-send sales in accordance with company guidelines
- Manage individual stock assignments, organize merchandise on sales floor and in backstock areas, and participate in inventory and cycle counts
- Assist in packaging and wrapping customer purchases when necessary
- Maintain a strong drive for business results and positive, team-first attitude
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
- Demonstrated expertise in operating point-of-sale systems, cash registers, phone systems, and standard office equipment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and physically handle merchandise and store fixtures
- Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within a luxury consumer goods environment. Experience managing individual sales performance targets, building client relationships, and working in a fast-paced retail boutique setting is essential.
Education
Ability to read, count, and write to accurately complete business and client-related documentation.
