Role & Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow a personal client portfolio with strategic focus on retention, reactivation, and lifetime value maximization
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators including Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT), and Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS)
  • Cultivate a welcoming, client-focused environment through best-in-class service delivery across in-person, telephone, and electronic communication channels
  • Develop and nurture a local and international client base through personalized outreach, appointment setting, strategic follow-up, and brand storytelling
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to create memorable client experiences and deliver tailored product recommendations with sophisticated styling guidance
  • Resolve client issues in partnership with leadership to ensure satisfaction while protecting business interests
  • Support boutique excellence initiatives including floor moves, visual merchandising, inventory management, and housekeeping as required
  • Coordinate charge-send sales and merchandise location services across boutique network per company guidelines
  • Execute individual stock assignments, organize merchandise on sales floor and in stockroom, and participate in cycle counts and inventory procedures
  • Maintain store security protocols and asset protection through adherence to operating procedures and premises security protocols

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably in a luxury consumer goods environment
  • Demonstrated drive for business results with passion for fashion, creativity, and brand values
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through capabilities with ability to develop strong, lasting client relationships
  • Proficiency with retail point-of-sale systems, phone systems, cash registers, sensor-tag removers, and standard office equipment
  • Physical capacity to stand for extended periods, move and handle merchandise boxes and fixtures, and lift a minimum of 30 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong understanding of store security procedures and commitment to asset protection
