Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Los Angeles (Topanga) — full‑time, $26–$28/hr + benefits to deliver exceptional luxury client service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class, high‑touch client service across in‑person, telephone and electronic channels and cultivate long‑term client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs (sales volume, units per transaction, average dollar per transaction) through active selling and client recruitment.
- Develop and maintain a local and international client book; proactively prospect, follow up and convert leads into repeat clients.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and present product stories and selling ceremonies to enrich the client experience.
- Support boutique operations including visual merchandising, floor moves, housekeeping, stock organisation and participation in inventory and cycle counts.
- Locate and process merchandise from other boutiques, execute charge‑send transactions per company guidelines and assist with gift wrapping/packaging as required.
- Resolve client issues in partnership with boutique leadership to preserve client satisfaction and protect business interests.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within a luxury or premium consumer goods environment.
- Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships through excellent communication, organisation and follow‑through.
- Demonstrated drive for commercial results and a team‑first attitude.
- Capacity to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, count and complete business documentation accurately and to use store technology reliably.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, move merchandise and lift up to 30 lbs; willingness to comply with company policies and procedures.

Experience
Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, ideally within a luxury fashion or premium consumer goods environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in fashion, business or a related discipline preferred.
