Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Los Angeles (Saks Beverly Hills) to deliver luxury clienteling and drive sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, manage and grow a personal client portfolio with emphasis on retention, reactivation and lifetime value.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs, including individual sales volume, units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADS).
- Deliver best-in-class client service in person, by telephone and via electronic communication; perform personalized outreach and appointment setting.
- Leverage deep product knowledge and brand storytelling to provide tailored recommendations and memorable client experiences.
- Support boutique operations including floor moves, visual merchandising, housekeeping, stock organisation and participation in inventory and cycle counts.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines; assist with packing/wrapping and client follow-up.
- Collaborate with leadership to resolve client issues and protect boutique assets by following security and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail sales and client service experience; experience in luxury consumer goods strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs with a client-centric, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop durable client relationships.
- Flexible availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move boxes and fixtures (minimum 30 lbs).
- Familiarity with boutique security procedures and adherence to loss-prevention protocols.

Experience
Demonstrated retail sales performance with responsibility for client development and portfolio management; prior experience achieving individual sales targets and KPIs in a boutique or luxury retail environment is required.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, fashion or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
