Christian Dior Couture seeks a Client Advisor in Los Angeles (Valley Fair) to deliver luxury client service and drive boutique sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver best‑in‑class client service in person, by phone and via electronic communication, using the brand's selling ceremonies and product storytelling to convert and retain clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (sales volume, units per transaction, average dollar per transaction) while maintaining a collaborative, team‑first attitude.
- Recruit, develop and maintain a local and international client book through proactive outreach, clienteling and follow‑up.
- Demonstrate thorough product expertise and engage clients with product details, provenance and brand narratives.
- Support boutique operations including floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping and individual stock management.
- Locate merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge‑send sales in accordance with company procedures.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts and protect boutique assets by adhering to operating procedures.
- Assist with gift wrapping, packing and ad hoc client needs; escalate and resolve client issues in partnership with leadership to safeguard the client relationship.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long‑term client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, organisation and follow‑through skills with a client‑centric approach.
- Comfortable working varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to read, count and complete business and client documentation accurately.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, move merchandise and lift at least 30 lbs.
- Willingness to comply with company policies, standards and operational procedures.

Experience
Minimum three years of retail sales and client service experience; luxury goods experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or coursework in fashion, retail or hospitality is advantageous.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 24 to USD 26 per hour.
